Darkness of Depression

Thank you for sharing! I find that if I am in a depressed state taking some time for myself is a great place to start. For me listening to music that really speaks to my soul while meditating can bring me back to a better place. Sometimes a really intense workout will be just what I need. Some days none of my go to things work and I have to ride out the depression and try to stay focused on positive activities like playing with my kids and going for a walk, even when it is really the last thing I want to do.
