I struggle with anxiety. I have since I was a teen. I've learned ways of coping and ways to catch it before it gets too bad. Even still, every so often it sneaks up out of nowhere and attacks me. You would think big triggers cause an attack but it can be very small things like not being able to find something or a day not going according to plan. Even being overly sensitive, stressed and emotional can build up anxiety.
I relieve my anxiety by purposely taking time for myself. When I create something, photography, art, jewelry, steampunk hats, I am completely focused on that one task and every else faded away.
